Consumer not Sync'ing

Team,

Consumer is connecting to master but not sync'ing. I am a newbie so any
ideas will be appreciated.

"test3" is the consumer
"elasticsearch1" is the master

Get acquainted with replication, you should probably read
http://www.openldap.org/doc/admin24/replication.html
In order to debug synchronisation run both slapd instances in debug
mode sync.
